Returns

  • Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are possible depending on availability.

  • Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for exchanges, unless the product received was faulty or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customized orders (if any) cannot be returned.
